We also offer customized mat classes for small groups who are interested in creating their own program! These customized programs are designed around your schedule and are tailored to meet your goals. Gather a small group of friends or colleagues together and give us a call for more detailed information!

Challenge your pilates workouts with this innovative and unique body sculpting system. In a small group format, experience many of the traditional pilates exercises along with functional fitness moves for a balanced and complete workout.

Private Pilates or GYROTONIC®

1 Hour Session: $55
Series of 5 Private Sessions: $260
Series of 10 Private Sessions: $490
Series of 15 Private Sessions: $690
Series of 20 Private Sessions: $840

Pilates or GYROTONIC® Duet with Equipment

1 Hour Session: $35 per person
Series of 5 Duet Sessions: $150 per person
Series of 10 Duet Sessions: $250 per person

Pilates, Pilatesstick®, or GYROTONIC® Triplet or Quad Equipment Sessions:

1 Hour Session: $19 per person

Studio 7 Policy:

A 24-hour notice for cancellation is required; otherwise a client can expect to be charged for the missed session. Late arrivals will be charged for the entire session and granted only the remaining time period of the scheduled appointment. All prepaid sessions and classes are nonrefundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.
